Austin started swimming lessons a couple of weeks ago. We thought it would be a good idea to get him used to the water early! :) Below is a picture of him in his swimsuit and
swim-shirt ready to go! He kind of likes it, but fights me part of the time wanting to swim on his own and he really seems to like sitting on the edge and splashing his feet in the water. Part of the reason I think he fights me is because the swimming lessons last an hour and run right into his
nap time.
Austin received an elephant (below) from a couple who volunteers at Shepherd and were kind enough to pass on one of their daughter's favorite toys, he seems to like it. I will have to try to capture a pic. of him "enjoying" it! :)

TULIP TIME!
I love Tulip Time. Maybe it has something to do with moving away and realizing all of the things/traditions that I really enjoyed growing up and took for granted. I am sure it also has to do with now having a child and wanting to take pics. in front of the Tulips, go to the parades and walk around town and see people I grew up with and what they are up to these days. We had a great time and really enjoyed the beautiful tulips this year. Here are some pics:
This morning there was a book on the floor in the bathroom and he insisted he had to have it while he was taking care of business..feet/ankles crossed and all. How fast they grow into little men... ;)
